A DARN GOOD PICTURE FOR A
2.0 MEGAPIX CAMERA
The Church photographer took our pictures for the directory and then I sweet talked him into taking one on my digital camera so I could show it on my computer. My digital camera is only a 2.0 Megapix, but he picture is so professional looking, the Kodak people refused to print it. Hah! Posted by Picasa

This smaller, tall masted Sailoing Ship was in port the same time the very large Mexican Sailing Ship was anchored in the lower Bay. The high masted Mexican Ship was far too tall to navigate under the McCullough Bridge.  Posted by Picasa

This beauitiful 250' Mexican Sailing Ship was anchored across the Bay, directly opposite the old Eickworth Home. I plan to add a picture of it with all the sales unfurled. There were 2 other smaller sailing ships in the Bay at the same time.  Posted by Picasa

After spending 4 years at St. Mary's Home in Beaverton, 3 of the Gebhardt boys moved in with the Eickworth family. This was my home for the last 3 years of high school. Lumber for this home was salvaged from a ship wrecked on the N. jetty Today it is an Oregon Historical home.  Posted by Picasa

Grandpa planted 300 Calif Coastal Redwoods. Here he shown holding two Giant Seqoia Red Woods. The leaves are small and look like multi tassels. Redwoods were groing in Calif when Christ was born.  Posted by Picasa
